Here are a list of programs called "RPG Makers" that let you create your own RPG.Some are easier than others,and some are harder than others.If you wanna see what they're like,download all of them and pick which one you like the most.This site only supports RPG Maker 2000,but you can find stuff for the other RPG Makers on their home pages.If there's an RPG Maker you want added to this list,email me at Gogeta787@msn.com and tell me the name and homepage of the maker.

RPG Maker 2000-
A Company-Made RPG Maker,very easy to understand.You need the RTP to run RPG Maker 2000 and any games made by it.You can get the files and further support at Don Miguel's RPG Maker Translation Site.
 
RPG Toolkit-
A very good RPG Maker,the standard version is free,but if you want more features,you have to buy the Powerhouse Edition.
